My wife and I had to catch a flight at LAX. Fifteen minutes after the scheduled pick-up time, I started to get nervous so I called them to make sure a limo was at least en route to pick us up. The operator said yes, but still no one showed up. I called again twice and the operator must have recognized my number on caller ID, so my calls went straight to voice mail. Beach City Limo failed to show up! Luckily, another cab company ended up getting us to the airport on time. Beach City Cab -- YOU SUCK!!! ZERO STARS!!!
